Description:

The best double recipe for chocolate banana bread you'll need! Made with almond flour, gluten-free, dairy-free and paleo! Take the milk and enjoy the chocolate goodness!

Ingredients:

2 bananas + 1/2 to cover

3 eggs

1/4 cup almond butter

3 tablespoons of coconut sugar

2 cups bleached almond flour

1/4 cup of cocoa powder

3 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 cup of black chocolate pieces

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas.

Then, mix the eggs, the almond butter and the coconut sugar.

Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and sea salt to the wet ingredients and beat until combined.

Fold the chocolate nuggets, keeping some for the top (always).

Cover a bread pan with parchment paper, folding and putting the parchment paper around the edges.

Pour the mixture into the bread pan aligned.

Sprinkle some extra almond butter on top (optional) and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Cut another half of a banana and place the slices on top.

Bake for 40 minutes and let cool before cutting.
